Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Juno Innovations collects, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.
1. Who We Are
Juno Innovations Group, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 512 Lake Ave, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
When we say "Juno," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Juno Innovations Group, Inc.
This policy applies to visitors to our website, prospective customers, and organizations and individuals using the Orion platform.
2. What We Collect
Account information. When you sign up or engage with us, we collect information like your name, email address, job title, and company name.
Usage information. We collect data about how you interact with our platform, including access logs, feature usage, session data, and device and browser type. This includes behavioral data collected through tools like Microsoft Clarity (see Section 7 below).
Infrastructure data. To provide orchestration services, we collect information about your compute environment, such as GPU configurations and workload metrics. This data is processed locally within your deployment and is not transmitted to Juno servers unless you explicitly enable telemetry or support features.

Understand how our website and platform are used so we can improve them
Detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, and abuse
Comply with our legal obligations
Where we rely on legitimate interests to process your data, those interests are operating and improving a business software platform. Where we require your consent (such as for marketing emails or behavioral tracking), we will ask for it explicitly.
4. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and customer support platforms. These providers are contractually required to process data only as directed by us and in accordance with this policy.
We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Juno, our customers, or others.
If Juno is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users before data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the platform, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with our legal obligations.
When your account is closed or your subscription ends, we will retain your data for up to 30 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at legal@juno-innovations.com.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or destruction. These include access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis.
No security measures are perfect. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
