Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: June 4, 2026 Last Updated: June 4, 2026
Orion is built for serious compute work. This policy exists to protect the platform, our customers, and the people who depend on the infrastructure running on it. It is intentionally straightforward.
The Short Version
Use Orion for legitimate business compute workloads. Do not use it to harm people, break laws, attack systems, or undermine the platform itself.
What You Can Use Orion For
Orion is designed for organizations managing enterprise GPU infrastructure. Appropriate uses include AI and machine learning training and inference, scientific computing, HPC workloads, VFX and rendering pipelines, virtual workstation environments, edge and data center orchestration, and any other lawful business compute purpose.
What You Cannot Use Orion For
Illegal activity. Do not use Orion to violate any applicable law or regulation. This includes laws in your jurisdiction and in any jurisdiction where your workloads have effect.
Export-controlled or sanctioned use. Do not use Orion in violation of US export control laws, sanctions regulations, or embargoes administered by OFAC or other applicable authorities. If you are operating in a regulated environment, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable export and trade requirements.
Attacking systems. Do not use Orion to launch denial-of-service attacks, exploit vulnerabilities, gain unauthorized access to systems, or conduct any form of network attack or reconnaissance against infrastructure you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
Unauthorized cryptomining. Do not use Orion resources for cryptocurrency mining that exceeds your subscription allocation or that you have not disclosed to Juno. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that consume resources in ways inconsistent with the intended use of your subscription.
Distributing malware. Do not use Orion to host, transmit, or deploy malicious software of any kind.
Abuse and harassment. Do not use Orion to harass, threaten, or harm individuals or groups.
Misrepresentation. Do not impersonate Juno, other customers, or any other person or organization in connection with your use of the platform.
Your Responsibility for Your Users
If you are a Customer, you are responsible for ensuring that everyone with access to Orion under your account — your employees, contractors, and any other authorized users — complies with this policy.

If we determine that your use of Orion violates this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access with or without advance notice, depending on the severity of the issue. We will work to give notice and an opportunity to cure where that is reasonable and the situation allows.
Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination of your account.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
