Juno Innovations Group, Inc. provides compute orchestration software for GPU infrastructure management and virtual workstation deployment. The Orion platform is designed for business use by organizations managing enterprise compute resources. Use of the platform is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Please read this disclaimer carefully before relying on anything on our website or platform.

What We Provide

Software, not services. Juno provides software. Unless we have agreed otherwise in a signed contract, we do not provide hardware, cloud hosting, managed infrastructure, or professional IT services.

Tools, not advice. The platform gives you visibility, automation, and resource optimization capabilities. It is not a substitute for professional IT consulting, infrastructure engineering, or architecture planning. Decisions about your compute infrastructure are yours to make.

Your environment is your responsibility. Customers are responsible for their own hardware, Kubernetes clusters, storage systems, network configuration, and any other infrastructure components that Orion is deployed into.

No Guarantees on Outcomes

Metrics, cost projections, efficiency estimates, and optimization recommendations shown in the platform are provided for informational purposes. They are based on observed data from your environment and should not be the sole basis for infrastructure investment decisions, capacity planning, or compliance determinations.

Specific outcomes — including cost savings, GPU utilization improvements, or performance benchmarks — will vary based on your environment, workloads, and configuration. Results referenced in our marketing materials reflect the experiences of specific customers and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve.

Third-Party Integrations

Orion integrates with third-party tools and services, including cloud provider APIs, storage drivers, identity providers, and Kubernetes distributions. These integrations are provided as-is. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, security, or continued support of third-party services. APIs change and services get deprecated. Customers should verify compatibility and test integrations before deploying to production.

Limitations of Liability

Juno is not responsible for:

  • GPU hardware damage, thermal issues, power consumption, or physical infrastructure failures

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, network outages, cloud provider issues, or events outside our reasonable control

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought and even if Juno has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
