Juno Innovations provides compute orchestration software for GPU infrastructure management and virtual workstation deployment. The Orion platform is intended solely for business use by organizations managing enterprise compute resources.

Service Scope

Software Only – Juno Innovations provides software-as-a-service and does not include hardware, cloud hosting, or managed infrastructure services unless explicitly agreed upon in a signed service agreement.

Advisory Nature – The Platform provides tools for visibility, automation, and resource optimization. It should not be interpreted as a substitute for professional IT consulting, architecture planning, or infrastructure engineering services.

Customer Environment – Customers are responsible for their own infrastructure, including GPU hardware, Kubernetes clusters, storage systems, and network configuration.

Platform Access and Use

Terms and Privacy – Access to the Orion platform is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and stored using enterprise-grade security protocols.

No Guarantees – Juno Innovations makes no representations regarding specific performance outcomes, cost savings, efficiency improvements, or compliance certifications resulting from Platform use.

Business Use Only – The Orion platform is not intended for personal or consumer use. Features such as GPU time slicing, multi-cluster orchestration, and the Terra App Store may vary by subscription tier.

Third-Party Integrations

As-Is Provision – All third-party integrations, including cloud provider APIs, storage drivers, identity providers, and Kubernetes distributions, are provided "as is."

No Responsibility – Juno assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, availability, security, or continued support of third-party services, including changes to APIs, deprecations, or service interruptions.

Customer Verification – Customers should verify compatibility and test integrations in their own environments before production deployment.

Customer Responsibilities

Security – Customers are responsible for securing their clusters, implementing proper access controls, managing authentication credentials, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Configuration – Proper configuration of GPU resources, workload scheduling, storage mounting, and network policies is the Customer's responsibility.

Data Protection – Customers must ensure appropriate data protection measures for any workload data transmitted through the Platform.

Limitations of Liability

No Hardware Liability – Juno is not responsible for GPU hardware damage, oversubscription of resources, thermal issues, power consumption, or physical infrastructure failures.

No Consequential Damages – Juno shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Service Interruptions – Juno is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, network outages, cloud provider issues, or force majeure events.

Informational Purposes Only

Metrics and Projections – Resource utilization metrics, cost projections, efficiency recommendations, and optimization suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.

Decision Making – These should not be solely relied upon when making infrastructure investment decisions, capacity planning, or architectural choices.

Verification Required – Customers should verify all metrics and projections against their actual infrastructure performance and business requirements.

Governing Law

Governing Law – The law of Florida governs these terms. This should be cross-checked with your jurisdiction.
