Tony Como drives Juno’s strategic engine as Chief of Staff, ensuring our high-performance computing solutions run smoother than a freshly rendered VFX shot. A globe-trotting VFX veteran who cut his teeth as a digital painter at ILM and Weta, he’s managed artists from Canada’s winter chill to China’s neon streets—boosting productivity by up to 50%, slashing costs by 40%, and cutting turnaround times by 25%. Now he’s the go-to for strategic ops, process optimization, and cross-department collaboration.
When the day’s done, Tony swaps Gantt charts for pizza charts—hunting the perfect pepperoni pie, plotting his next travel hack, or framing the world one street-photography shot at a time.

He supports Juno’s investment thesis by bridging founder creativity with operational clarity. His role focuses on strategic alignment between shareholders, market positioning, and long-range innovation planning.
When he’s not shooting his own films or building pre-visualization tools, Chris can be found throwing a football around with his three boys in the backyard, passionately cheering on his Seattle Seahawks, or exploring ways to use technology and philanthropy to reshape the future. He believes every big idea starts with a good story—and often a little chaos.
Fabienne DeMars serves as a key liaison at Juno Innovations, managing communication between shareholders, leadership teams, and external partners. With a background in high-level executive support and business infrastructure, she ensures seamless execution and alignment across Juno’s fast-moving ecosystem. Her focus is on integrating strategic priorities with consistent, high-quality communication and delivery.
When she's not managing high-level operations, Fabienne is wrangling her three adventurous boys—all under the age of six—with the same tactical precision she brings to business. She unwinds by writing screenplays, bonding with horses, and running Mondo Video!—her world-famous basement video shop and secret shrine to cult cinema. Equal parts strategist and cinephile, she swears that the best business advice can sometimes be found in a B-movie from 1982.
